Staff Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. As a senior member of the design team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our product direction, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring user-centered solutions to life.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from user research to final UI design and implementation support.

• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and scalable user experiences.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.

• Establish and maintain design systems, patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency across products.

• Provide mentorship and design guidance to junior designers.

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.

• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

• Experience working in agile product teams is a plus.
